Should I send my settlement agreement with summons?

    Dixi,

is this suit against the "evil" one?

Just out of curiosity, are you asking to settle for deletion only or deletion and $$$?

No this is not one against the "EVIL ONE". I'm saving the best for last.

This one is for my local EQ affiliate. No its not CSC.

I'm not really interested in getting in an all out legal urinating contest with them, just want to get the point across that if they keep breaking the law they will continue to get sued.

I figure I'll ask them nicely do the right thing and go ahead and delete those last two stubborn inaccurate tradelines in exchange for me leaving them alone or else we can go play in court over them and all the other violations they've racked up since September of last year.

No $$$ at first, just deletions in exchange dismissal with predjudice and a confidentiality agreement.

Dismissal is when the Judge says there is no case. I think you mean settling and dropping the case.

right I'll motion for dismissal with prejudice if the CRA accepts my settlement.
