I PHONED, AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN I E-MAILED, AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN I SENT SNAIL MAIL I SENT OVER-NIGHT EXPRESS MAIL I asked for credit limits to be RE-ARANGED (BLUE and DELTA)...almost 3 months ago...and 2 months ago...and 1 month ago...NOTHING IS HAPPENING!!! I asked why I had to spend $13.65 on EXPRESS MAIL (to the corporate offices)...and get no answer...TILL TODAY!!! THEY THOUGHT IT WAS A "CHARGE DISPUTE"~~HOW CLUELESS CAN THEY GET??? DELTA AMEX WAS "PRIMED" FOR $20,000 DOUBLE MILES...MAY 15-JULY 15!!! THEY FINALLY RESPONDED TO MY "SPEND $5,000 IN 5 MONTHS GET 15,000 MILES...I WAS NOT TARGETED~~~MILES DENIED!!! HOW DO YOU GET TO BE "GOOD ENOUGH" TO BE TARGETED????????????????
In the same days mail...I'M "PRE-APPROVED" FOR A SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS AMEX DELTA CARD!!! I DON'T THINK SO!!! I don't own a "SMALL" business..I own part of a $100,000,000,000+ CORPORATION!!! VERY SMALL PART...
Sorry, GEORGE, someday things will go your way. Too bad that black cloud is following you. I trashed my AMEX (just the green one, I think that's all they had then) back in the 80s. They just jerked me around way too much.
GEORGE - if memory serves me, you have Discover and now 2 Amex cards in your sock drawer (any others?) I think you're beginning to run out of space for your socks!
