exotic, I have Shell gas card with Citi Bank (SD) and I haven't been successfully to increase my credit limit. They always show you the form to fill the income and it means they need to pull credit report for limit increase. By the way, they gave me limit increase every 6 months for my ExxonMobil Mastercard every six months without pulling any credit report. Ron.
