Just got off the phone with Mr. Cooke, and he had received my letter from planetfeedback about combining the accounts. I had two student accounts and was told by the regular CSR's they couldn't be combined for this reason. He combined the two accounts for my total credit limit of $2,000. I mentioned to him all of the good words here on creditnet being passed about him and he said he was just doing his job. Such a nice man, I hope he stays there, becuase he is truly an asset to the company. He also told me to call him anytime I had any problems. Happy dance happy dance!!!!

I just called Mr. Cooke and it's with an 'E'. He just lowered my apr to 13.9 fixed!!!!! and he increased my credit limit!!!! I am so happy. I got this stupid smile on my face!!! I'm at work so I can't do the happy, happy, dance. Make sure you PFB about him. He is absolutely great!!! He deserves all the credit he can get. If only all CC companies were like CAP 1. I think my co-workers are going think I'm crazy. Smiling at my computer monitor like this!!!!!!
I sent a letter through PlanetFeedback about a month ago and Mr Cooke handled my call. Told me he was going to fix the entries on all my reports because they were way off with amounts and dates, etc. Even said he would change it to a better rating in my favor. He told me it would take up to 72 hours. A month later I check my reports and they are still exactly the same. boohoo So I sent another letter through PlanetFeedback yesterday about it. This time though, I think I may actually be forced into legal action if it isnt completely deleted. Its already a violation reporting false information and still no resolution. Oh, well tomorrow is another day I suppose. MistyEyed
