Ok all my Creditnet Doctors (friends, colleagues, etc.) I need real surgery this time...nothing ill-flavored! Experian - Derogs left 3 Credit cd - chgd off...my DLA says one thing on EQ and something else here. However, it did leave TU. What else can I do? Student Loan - no probs just late pay showing. I have requested retro forebearance, so we will see what happens here. Collection Agency - $35 owed for a retnd check. Ok CA is not registered n GA. Cannot seem to find out if there is a bond ($50K in GA). Torn between validation or paying for deletion. Again - gone from TU. Equifax - Derogs left 4 School - reaged. I am working with EQ CS specialist to get this resolved. 2 credit cards - one of which validated my debt. (Crooks Crosseded) Gone off of all the others. The other one (see above). 1- student loan - same as above. What other steps can I take to finish this off. All help is greatly appreciated. CHOD worked to some degree (a great degree for TU). Re: Breeze/DOC/LKH/EVERYBODY - Surg Kitt, I'm just relieved that you don't need real surgery! When I first read the headline, I mistakenly assumed otherwise. Well, I have no single bit of general advice that would cover all of those different accounts. I would just continue plugging along. Send the validation letter to the ones still charged off or in collection. Send the nutcase letter (do a search, lol) to anything that's paid-in-full with late pay tradelines. Continue disputing with the CRAs. It's hard to maintain your patience when you're so close to finishing up! Doc

Re: Breeze/DOC/LKH/EVERYBODY - Surg Did you try sending the CA (that is not licensed in GA) the "questionnaire" letter - with all the blanks they are supposed to fill in? It's kind of related to the LNC letter Baffle them with BS. Maybe make the questions worse, hehe.
