Breeze: thanks for your advice...

    On the car accident.
    My insurance is already taking care of things. My car will either be fixed next week or I'll get a check next week (it's a border-line decision on total).
    I'm tickled with their fast response. This is definately the way to go! No fuss, no fight.
    The medical part is going to take awhile, but I feel like I'm in good hands all the way around. (possible disk herniation....yee gads).

    IF IT IS A "TOTAL", make sure they give you enough MONEY to buy a replacement car...

    Have you looked for the same basic car at any dealer, or private party?

    DO YOUR HOMEWORK.

    So glad it's getting better. Have they said anything about your deductible? If not, ask your agent, if they will also take care of that for you. They probably will, may already be without even saying anything.

    I hope it's not a herniated disk. Yuck. That would definitely be the pits. Hoping for the best.....
