Log in and then go to "my account" scroll down and click on "delete." Then sign up all over again. Just don't overdo it LOL, they will figure it out. breeze
I used to do it all the time, then suddenly one day, after I deleted my account and re-created it, it told me I already received my report and that I had to pay $5. (I know, that's a run-on sentence)... Maybe I can do it again now since it's been a while since I tried that. Others here had reported that it no longer worked for them either. There was a discussion thread about it at one point.
