I wanted this on a different post.

Did you really mean that your creditexpert didn't show inquiries that a monitoring service did???

I'm concerned about full consumer disclosure from Experian.

Yep, me too. It's not on there. I will also tackle that issue - any suggestions? I am taking notes tonight, LOL.

I think I'd start by ordering a hard copy of the report. Then, call.

I'm actually shocked. I'd call Exp and talk with them about the inquiries (are they on their system, if so, who's that person, etc)

then I'd really find out what's the discrepency. If there is one, it's not full disclosure and that's a nice FCRA violation.

I would quietly pinpoint who this person is before taking action. I'd get a hard copy of the Exp report for proof if there's a difference. Print your CreditExpert for comparison (and save a copy on your computer too).

Start your evidence trail then you can decide what to do. I would, at the very least, add fraud alerts to all 3 reports (not that they're very effective).

I'd also put in a consumer statement to "verify all identifying information" before issuing credit.

This thing would freak me out... id fraud and all.

Yes, it is freaking me out, LOL.

However, I think best when I put my feelings aside. So, I'm trying to pretend it is someone else's problem and I am finding ways to help them. That's how I manage to handle money. If my feelings get involved my judgment goes right down the tubes.

Handling something like this - I have to have a plan, and know what actions will be most effective. Flying off the handle isn't gonna get it. This is the bureaucracy I'm dealing with - you know. Listen to me lecture myself, LOL.

Three fu#$@#g times she pulled my credit report!!!!! And it isn't being reported to me!!! The nerve!!!
