Filed Motion incorrectly, without scheduling a hearing or certificate of conferring. Court saw this and transferred case to Arbitration. Think there is a procedure to breath life back into my motion? Spoke with an attorney who didn't either; but suggested MTD. Without a procedure, it is my next option.
