numbskull - CONGRATS - great TU score. You could get a CHASE Platinum now or a US BANK Platinum NOW! Both pull TU only. My report was completely clean. You say there is one baddie left - if it is a BK, I would be cautious - but - CHASE is manual - not instant application. US BANK Plat VISA should come back with at least $5K immediately - FYI Dogman

Congratulations. I just broke 700 as well. I started a year ago with 18 derogs. TU is now clean, and I am a very proud member of the 700 club ( 720 to be exact! ) For all the newbies out there, I believe there are three principles ( or rules to live by when repairing your own credit ) and I am sure the veterans will agree with me on this one: 1. Read the Posts. ( especially the top four ) 2. Never give up, give in, or take no for an answer. 3. Share your success and your failures so that others can learn as well.
