What is wrong with this CA. I am filing next week in federal court, I have an attorney. This is the same CA I have been posting about. Documented everything, attorney said excellent case. Well tonight, just like clockwork they called again. Caught on the caller Id. You would think these morons would get the picture. This is the 5th time since I sent the C&D letter. I think really that it is their autodialer. Can you say "Frequency of violation", man I am having some mental stress over all this, ie.. bad nightmares of the phone ringing. hahaha I hope I can take these folks to the cleaners.
