FCNB must be hurting for Newport News, Eddie Bauer and Spiegel consumers/shoppers. I just received BT checks from FCNB, 5.9% APR till 7/03 then back to 22.9%. No thanks, but they did throw in some 10% coupons for all three. Canâ??t use the Eddie Bauer it expires today.
I got 0% BT offers for Eddie Bauer Mastercard with 3% check fee and the rate until April 2003. The rate will be 13.50% after 4/2003. Ron.
Ron My offer came on a FCNB Newport News Card, not a mastercard, I don't plan to use it but I thought they must be hurting for people to use these cards.
