You have to request it by mail or in their web site, they probably will offer a 5.9 or 6.9% for six months, no bal transfer fee. Also you could upgrade the card to Citi Plat Div or Plat Select and then ask for a Bal Transf offer.
My wife just got the citi aa silver and gold and combined them and then converted to the regular platinum select and the apr was like 14%...I planet feedback them and told them i wanted to transfer but the rate was to high..They sent her letter saying 7.9% till paid and no fee's..We are happy!
