I did a BT to CapitalOne to get close to my credit limit and then will BT that to Discover for 0% interest 'til September. But it's been nearly 2 weeks and Citi hasn't gotten the BT from Cap1 yet.... how long does it take?? Cap 1 told me it can take up to 3 weeks (didn't outright say 3 weeks but said 7-10 for this, 7-10 for that, etc...). This is bugging the heck out of me - my Discover BT's were done and credited within 3 days max. Why is Cap1 so sloooooow? Ozzy.
