I think there is just one question to ask Bud Hibbs or anyone claiming to help you with your credit problems. Here it is. Can you effectively and legally eliminate the debt so I actually no longer owe the debt AND get it removed from my credit reports too? If the answer is "no" then you don't need their services. It's that simple. Either they get rid of the debt for you and remove the bad tradeline from your credit reports or they don't.
I used his cease and desist letter against Gulf State Credit. It worked like a charm. I never heard from them again. Also, Bud Hibbs was nice enough to correspond with me by e-mail about the situation. Mr. Hibbs methods seem to work and he seems genuine and sincere. Good Luck, durango
