Has anyone had an account deleted from either EQU or EXP and sent the update to this TU affiliate and had it removed? Hubby just had 2 CA's (paid) deleted from EQU and they both show up on TU as well, will they just delete or go through the whole investigation, this is the CA that I filed in small claims against, our court date isn't until at least August, I filed in January.
Kellie, I have never been able to get the buffalo TU affiliate to delete anything. Frankly, I'm glad I'm now in Equifax country. If you figure out a way to get them to delete it, PLEASE let me know!!!! Erica PS: Congrats on the other successes you've had recently!
Erica- I have never had a problem getting the Buffalo office to delete inquiries (knock on wood), and usually no problem with them deleting, but I have never tried this method. Also, TU has a nasty habit of reinserting on me. When I get home later today, I'll dig up TU's fax number, I fax all my inquiry disputes to them. Hope it works for you!
