Hi, does anyone know of who Richmond American (Home America Mtg) or Beazer Mtg pulls? I wanted to go through Countrywide, since my husband's score is 702, but in AZ the builder's won't give you any incentives if you don't go through teir mtg co. Eq and EX is a big let down, they were looking good with PG, until I pulled from their sites, major difference, and they are not reinvestigating some of my disputes, which is bringing his scores way down. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!!!
most mortgage companies are going to almost always pull all 3 reports. which is why I was asking in the other thread about countrywide mortgage. Everyone I've ever talked to about getting a mortgage has had all three of their CR's pulled (im in texas)
That's what I was afraid of. I guess I was just hoping there was more out there than Countrywide. A builder's mtg, I mean. Thanks for your reply! I am off to check on my disputes, AGAIN. I sure hope I can get somewhere! SOON.
