when someone "bumps" a thread it is just moving it back to the top of the page.

 

OR, if you wanna BUMP your previous hard inquiries with TR and EQ, the you try to remove those inquiries by accessing your credit reports at least once a day from any monitoring services offered by PG,MCK,EQ,etc-
