    ok so how many inq's get you bumpy bump? i am over 100 on eq now...

    about 130...I think they INQ have to be over 45 days before they are bumped...I should be inq free by 9/17

    I called the other mortgage guy that pulled my report and never got back to me. When he asked what the heck I wanted I said a deletion of the hard since they never sent me a decline letter. He actually told me inquiries have no effect on your score. DUH idiot.

    There is no rule...my wife lost all "hard" before the total reached 100.

    THE MORTGAGE GUY I HAD SAID...I should NOT be pulling my credit report every day when I am trying to get a MORTGAGE...I will LOSE A BUNCH OF POINTS!!!

    MORTGAGE SCHOOL~~~SOFT CUSTOMERS PULL~~~THEY WILL LOSE POINTS...
    MORTGAGE SCHOOL~~~HARD MORTGAGE COMPANY PULL~~~YOU DON'T LOSE ANY POINTS...

    MORTGAGE SCHOOL------>WE HAVEN'T GOT A CLUE!!!
