I am giving up on tu bumpage. I have had 50 wk soft inquiries with no hard inquiry removals. I quit. I think tu caught on to this and has arranged to stop bumpage. Good luck to you guys who keep trying.
And what is the date of your oldest inquiry? If all of your inquiries were made within the last 3 to 6 months, you still have some work ahead of you. Buckets
All my inquiries were done in the last 12 months (all soft except 4 hards). 90% of them in the last 2 months (all wk's).
That's precisely why you haven't seen any bumpage yet. Bumpage will remove the oldest inquiries first. If you want to see your inquiries removed, you will need to keep on with bumpage a little longer. I don't think 50 soft inquiries is enough to remove your recent hards. Buckets
U have to keep going did not see nothing until 75 softs. started with 36 hard 4 months ago & had 3 left in jan now back at 8 hards.
I started off with about 9 hard inquiries and I am now down to 1. I started pulling WK everyday for about 2 months now. I just had 1 fall off the other day. My TU report has about 70+ soft inquiries.
Thanks for sharing. I assume that the increase from 3 to 8 hards is due to new apps for credit not deleted hards reappearing.
I hope you know the answer to your own question. Do you know what the hard inquiries are for? Did you request credit? Everyone should think twice any time they request credit because each request results in a hard inquiry, which in turn affects your credit score. Aimlessly requesting credit without thinking about the ramifications is not often recommended here in these parts. Buckets
Re: Re: bumpage working? That's true, i lost 8 point from 2 hards but when I get 1 hard nothing, just when i get 2 back to back.
Re: Re: bumpage working? I do it back to back and noticed they do not show as 2 seperate. I'll start doing them with couple hour brake. Thank for the hint.
