    Hello everyone,

I am going to apply to get a business line of credit from the bank, for my LLC. They are going to base my application only on my personal credit report, not the LLC's credit history. The line of credit will not show up on my person credit report. But, the inquiry will show up on my personal credit report.

Can I get the inquiry removed since the line of credit is in my company's name and not mine? If so, how do I get it removed.

Thanks in advance for your answers.

If they are basing the decision on your personal credit then no.

If it's an Equifax pull, then yes. Trans Union maybe. Experian, forget it.

If either Equifaz or Trans Union, call them and request the permissible purpose for the pull insofar as you did not authorize it for a personal credit product, insurance, or employment.
