NCO just called on an account that has been place with them from AT&T for $31.89. I never received a bill but I do remember having AT&T for a short time so it probably is my bill. I told him that I would pay the bill as long as they could fax me something stating it would never show up on my credit report buisness or personal. He stated he can't do that and NCO's business division is a NON CREDIT REPORTING division. I thought that was funny. What should I do?
