OK. Just got approved for regular home depot today (commercial revolving acct)

I had sent the app in september and called today to see what was the outcome and was approved on the spot. For some reason the application was not given a decision (?) and thus it sat for 3 months(?)

    I only asked for $1,500.

    Re: Corporate Credit

    I now have:

AMEX Platinum Business Card (pay in full)
    Shell Fleet
    Chevron Fleet
    ExxonMobil Fleet
    Conco Phillips 76 Fleet
    Fed Ex
    Staples
    Office Depot
    Home Depot
    Lowes
    Expo Design Center
    Dell
    CIT
    eLease
    Kinkos
    Amazon Corporate

I have seven trades reporting to D&B. I have seven trades reporting to Experian Business Report. I have a paydex of 80 with D&B. I received my paydex with only four trades reporting to D&B. I think what helped me get my paydex was while I had four trades reporting to D&B I purchased the credit builder lite program. A week after I purchased this program I received my paydex.

The only two accounts I have with a PG is AMEX and eLease. All the rest were approved with NO PG.

    Re: DUNS - Credit Builder - $199

I set up another DUNS number a few days ago. The guy called me today to confirm information. He said since it's the end of the year, he offered me the full credit builder program for $299.00. I told him I would think about it. He came back and said if I buy right now I could have it for $199.00.

Anyone who wants this program I suggest you get on it.

I did a E Update on DNB a week ago. Got a call 2 days ago from DNB acting like a courtesy call.

It turns out they were soliciting me for a program called Payment Investigation. The rep said that Credit Builder was for brand new businesses and Payment Investigation was for established businesses that want to report vendors. The rep said it was $499 just like Credit Builder and no discounts were available. Funny thing is I got a 20% discount email from DNB soliciting me for Credit Builder.

Beware that they are doing all the tricks to get you to sign up for something. $199 that Kev got sounds a lot better than $499 they were pitching to me.

    Re: Sears Commercial

I faxed over an application for the Sears Commercial One account. I requested a $7500.00 limit. I received a phone call around 10am this morning stating we were approved for $5000.00 :)

    Re: Macy's Commercial Account

I was doing some research tonight realizing more and more department stores offer commercial credit accounts. Macy's. offers a commercial credit account. Credit is extended through GE. I applied this evening by facsimile.

Scroll down towards the bottom of the page where you will find the printable application.

    Re: Macy's Commercial Account

    Hi Kev,

Thanks for the info. Let us know how it turns out. I have more need for Sears because of the tools. I noticed on a lot of the GE applications they don't need a PG after 2 years in business.

    Re: Commercial Credit Accounts

You see.. Most companies.. if you have established credit they don't verify anything. I put down I am over two years in business. Only one company verified this against my articles of incorporation which was Household for the CompUSA card. No other company has verified this. I was incorporated Dec 5, 2003. I have added all my credit limits over $55K in business credit.

    I'm Blue!

On December 23 I applied for Blue Cash for Business. AMEX offers instant online approvals. The system said they would be in contact in eight days either by telephone or mail. Then it went on to ask if I wanted to do any balance transfers. I BT my personal Chase card with a $10k balance. The strange thing was NO inquiries were ran. I checked all three credit bureaus. Finally on December 27 AMEX ran my Experian report.

For the last couple days I have been getting calls from AMEX welcoming me to Blue. All approved. Will have card by January 10 they say. They will NOT comment on credit line. I am expecting $14,000 to $18,000. (With a 684 Experian score) Some inquiries (4 within last year) and my Chase account being maxed out brought my score down. This is my only account left with a balance. I will be able to hide my $10K balance because AMEX does not report their business accounts to personal credit bureau reports. My utilization will be zero. (Except for my car loans)

Once Chase updates to a zero balance I am applying for MBNA Platinum Plus for Business. Recently I have been approved for Blue Cash, Citi Advantage MC, and will get MBNA. All three cards DO NOT report to ones personal credit bureau report.

My score will shoot over 760 with a zero Chase balance and AMEX gave me 0% interest for fifteen months on my balance transfer.
