Sears merges a mans file with a dead client and reports him as dead to the CRA's. I guess nobody gives dead people credit. They won't bring him back to life and he sues. Unbelievable!
It just amazes me when someone that is supposedly dead and proves he's alive and well and these fools make a fight out of it. One reason I posted this is because this court {the 3rd circuit I think} used Nelson vs Chase Manhattan in their finding. You now have at least 2 Federal District Courts that recognize a consumers right to sue both reporters and recorders of credit information.
