Butch or George, I need the letter which you bump occasionally which is for paying a charge off and having them delete it. The letter goes something like: I do not accept/claim liability or responsibility for this debt nor does my payment refect such. Then something about deleting said debt and never reporting debt again or telling anyone about it... blah blah blah.. appreciate your help.. Mongrol
Hi Mongrol, Sounds like a settlement letter. There are so many letters on here it's difficult to keep em straight. I'll look around, but I bet somebody beats me to it. lol .
its the one that you keep bumping all the time for this lady. I replied and said I was going to use it and that its da "sh*#" or something
