I saw this on my TU report today: Account information disputed by consumer, meets FCRA requirements What does this mean ? Does it mean that the CA did indeed list this as in dispute or is this MY dispute within the CRA ? Thanks !!!
Since this is TU, and it says per FCRA requirements, sounds like its from the CA. Is this the same one that sent you the CRRR? May I ask who this go by the rules CA is????
I had that GARBAGE on DISCOVERCARD on one of my credit reports... I disputed DISCOVERCARD 3 times in 3 months for BALANCE...it said $17,500 for 3 months when in FACT it never was over $100!!! It is a CONSUMER STATEMENT "OF SORTS"...I told them (CRA) to remove it since it is NOT "MY" statement...it eventually was removed.
Ok so how do i know that the CA did indeed respond to the CRA dispute with the correct statement that I am in the validation stages with them ? Thanks!
Is the the same one as your other post, or are we talking about 2 different CAs? I'm gettng confused.
