just a thought because there are so many newbies and misunderstanding of the laws I think a post of a dispute process would be a good idea. a proper listing showing what methods consumers should follow when disputing information contained in their credit reports. ex . obtain copy of CR dispute wrong info with CRA etc etc and cite case law then another posting on procedures to follow for dispute when consumers recieve collection letters. that way you/ hiding wouldnt have to keep repeating yourself all the time I figured your posts are clearer to read and understand so what would you say please
I've contemplated "What Is A Dispute" for quite awhile now Fun. Trouble is I just don't have the time necessary to put into it. Especially now. Just finishing up on IRA season. .
oh ok maybe some of the other experts here would be willing I just thought of asking you because your posts are clear and easily understood. I know about the time issue < i have that myeslf trying to juggle evrythibg at once, I got alot on my plate right now too. but thx anyway keep posting
