that was sent to a creditor concerning a non permissible purpose inquiry. In other words, the creditor pulled a hard without authorization. I cannot find the link. Help??

Thanks, that is one of them. There was another asking for $1000 posted recently. In my situation, I found 2 inquiries by Household. Ends up one is for a Corvette Card I have not applied for. The other is for my GM card. Called to inquire about a credit line increase but they were going to pull a hard. I told them to forget it, I didn't want a hard since we are looking at refinancing the house. I'm pissed. I went through this with MBNA for 2 inquiries in December. I have no credit with them nor have I applied for credit with them I took the nice guy approach and pfb them. They responded and removed the hards (actually recoded them to softs). I am not going to be as nice with Household.
