I was reading an old thread about non-PP and I saw this quote buy you. I was wondering what happened with your suit against EQ. I have something "like" what happened to you. A CRA closed one of my good accounts with a balance. They marked it "Closed by creditor" which is damaging to me. Funny thing is it happened right after I had a fight with the rep from the CRA. I already talked to the CC company and they said they never reported it closed. So its my guess that the rep. did it on purpose. Can you shed some light on your resulted?
Hi Traveler, Sorry I missed your hail. I have no new info. right now. When alert went from Orange to Red and then the war began I had to "kick into high gear". I've just had no time, even for my own stuff. Things are easing up tho. I'll let you all know what happens.
