Has anyone done a BK and had their home go into foreclosure? I am wondering how long, if the house was bought with an FHA loan, would I have to wait to get another home. According to the HUD website they are saying 2-3 years. I am just wondering if this is true. Also what type of interest rate did you end of paying? Thanks for any help regarding this matter.
