    I won!!

Asset Acceptance must know how I am. Around 12 noon est. I got a fax. Guess what?? They are deleting and sent a copy of the UDF.

    Betacredit = 1
    Asset Acceptance = 0

I guess I will be a homeowner this summer!!!! Now I will focus all my energies on Burdines/FDSB.

I sent the intent to sue letter - 4 pages.

A copy of the lawsuit complaint - 1 page.

A copy of the Cass opinion letter that says if the ca continues to report that is continued collection action - 2 pages.

I would never commit creditnet suicide. If I was going to leave. I would simply stop posting.

betacredit, did you actually file against them? I'm just wondering for future reference. They may be the only thing standing between me and a mortgage so I want to take care of them as quickly as possible (without paying of course LOL).

I didn't file on them. I just included a copy of the lawsuit that I was going to file tomorrow.

I probably should file on them to make sure it goes away for good.

Are there official papers I would need to get to go this route of filing a complaint and where would I get them? I got the letter from them stating that they are "ordering" the information I requested. Which I'm sure means they think they can take all the time they want and blame it on the OC.

On a side note, the OC was deleted from all my reports when I disputed AND the account number Asset has for them is wrong by one number. Asset verified to EX and I'm waiting on the others to see if they will verify before providing me with validation. It's not the original 30 days, but I just want to get rid of them as quickly as possible.

Wow! Congratulations. As a newbie to this board, I am inspired by stories like yours. How/where did you find those intent to sue letters? Are they all posted here somewhere?
Hopefully, I will get to that point. I am dealing with an unpaid AMEX charge off, MBNA 120-day late, and a Sprint bill...One at a time...

To get the complaint, you need to go to your local courthouse for small claims. Fill it out and attach it with your intent to sue letter.

There are alot of intent to sue letters on here you have to search for it.

I used the one KustomKat had posted a while and it's worked for me 2 out of 3 times.

    Burdines are the only pain-in-the-a.

Hmmm, It's starting to look to me like the only way you can get they're attention is to threaten to sue.

So basically all we need to do is send them filing papers (unfiled) and it makes them give??? very interesting information.

From what I gather you really have nothing to lose by going that route - just a little time and a bad attitude...:)

One more question betacredit ;-). Did you ever try to file a complaint with the Attorney General? I'm thinking of trying that. Would you think I would use MI or FL or both? Though now that I think of it, your way would be faster....
