    Hi Gang!

Just taking a poll on a couple of CHOD items:

    1) What has been more successful for you in the past , 11/25 or 12/13?

    2) And if you are participating which date will you be using?

I did not do CHOD last year since I just started this repair journey in June of this year. From hearing from others, I will be sending out disputes CRRR on November 25th.

Why is there a creditnet holiday onslaught of disputes?

I am not sure where you are getting the 13th from?

I mailed in my dispute on the 23rd of last year. This gives them a few days for them to get the dispute..then the 30 days from then they recieve it. It was by FAR the best luck I had ever had with my disputes.. Everything that I disputed was deleted. I only wish that I disputed all that baddies then. I would have been done LONG ago. Although I am done now :) :) :) :) it would have been awesome!

Someone posted that in their state disputes have to be resolved in 21 days instead of 30 and felt Dec 13 was the best bet for CHOD in that case.

I think that state is Maine, but I could be wrong.

I say 11/23, you want them to sign for it before Thanksgiving. That gives the USPS time (hopefully) to get it there. If you send it on 11/25 they probably won't get it til 12/2. Charlie

That would be me. I'm thinking I'll mail it the around the 5th or 6th, maybe, so they get it the 13th. I want the end of my disputes to be right in the holidays. You guys are mailing them the 25th, maybe I'll just mail mine 9 days later, so they are all still due the same day. I'll mail mine the 4th!!!

I was oblivious to this idea last year, but filed a dispute with TU on 6 items on 12/1. All were deleted. By far the best I have ever done.

Do you think that mailing vs. online will make a difference in CHOD? Would you file online disputes 11/25 or 11/28 or so?

I don't understand. Why is everyone organizing disputes?
