Here's what I have surmised from the post's thus far. The purpose is to send our disputes during the Xmas/New years Holiday as there are doing to be less actual days the CRA's and CC's are open and with the added benefit of many people taking time off at that time. Thus less time to verfiy. With that in mind, I think we need to determine when we want the disputes to arrive (what date). Then each individual will need to determine how long their disputes will likely take to get to the CRA's from their prospective state. So assuming, that we want the dispute end date to be 1-2-03, we would need the disputes to arrive around 12-2-02. Does that make sense?
