One of my last 2 derogs just came off according to creditexpert. I didn't do a dispute, but I sent them an a planetfeedback letter full of slop. I gave a sad story ala PsychDoc. They wrote me back and said they couldn't delete the entry... not their policy, but if I paid it would show a paid chargeoff. I wrote him back and said big deal. I was hoping that given the extraordinary circumstances that led to the chargeoff, that your bank might have a little compassion for someone who had a problem, but contacted you and is trying to do the correct thing. I heard nothing back, this was last Thursday. Today it is gone. Another 17 pts. Now I'm just waiting for the morons to delete the last gulf state that I sent my proof on. That should be good for another 20 pts. Then all reports will be clean i can start applying. Happy New Year to me! and you guys too!
