What We Do Credit Justice, Inc. is a law firm that specializes in helping people restore their credit. We are very successful at getting bankruptcies, judgments, tax liens, foreclosures, late payments, charge-offs, repossessions, and even student loans removed from a persons credit report. The Fair Credit Reporting Act has been put in place to protect consumers. It allows you to challenge the accuracy and validity of any negative item on your credit report. Federal law allows a response time of thirty days for the bureaus to provide documentation to back their claim. If they do not provide proper evidence, the negative information must be removed. Creditors and credit reporting agencies are legally required to follow these guidelines, however because of the millions of people the bureaus are required to keep track of, it's pretty common for the bureaus to violate at least one of the hundreds of sections of federal law. In violating any section of federal law, the bureaus and creditors are required to remove the negative item from your credit report. When you become a client you should start to see items being deleted in about 45 days, however it takes the average customer about 3 to 6 months to have their credit reports completely repaired. The great thing about this program is that it is guaranteed, meaning if we don't improve your credit profile it won't cost you a thing. Disputing negative items on your credit report is your legal right. Very often-disputed credit items cannot be verified: the creditor either no longer possesses the information or does not wish to go through the trouble that it takes to verify the information. Investigating disputed items is a burden to creditors. If the disputed item does not get verified by the creditor the credit bureaus have to remove the item due to non verification.. After we send out the first round of disputes the items that don't get removed will be disputed at a higher level of appeal. Each time an investigation is commenced, the odds of receiving a particular deletion increases. Because of this process negative items get removed with remarkable frequency. Immediately upon receipt of your credit report, the Law Firm will establish a private secure web page for you to view all of your credit results and correspondence. The Law Firm will perform a credit review, an analysis and will issue to you a recommended plan of action. The Plan of Action will be posted on your secured web page. We will examine all the information on your reports, including any aged accounts, inaccurate data, and unverifiable information - including all negative items. Next, the Law Firm will work directly through the three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and Trans Union) to resolve all disputed issues on your behalf. The Law Firm will automatically request of all three Credit Bureaus to verify each negative item on your credit reports. Computer technology enables our office to automate this process and make it convenient and affordable to the general public. Note that once your personal and secure web page is established, you may view your credit report information there at any time. This allows you to know when correspondence to or from our office occurs and note when unverifiable, inaccurate or outdated information is removed. The credit reporting agencies will send you a response directly with information that may contain a revised copy of your credit report and statements of your rights as a consumer. You agree to promptly forward a copy of any correspondence from the consumer credit reporting agencies to Credit Justice, Inc., Attn: Legal Department, 7500 West Mississippi Ave., Suite C- 10 Lakewood, CO 80226. This process may take approximately 3 to 6 months to complete the credit repair, although we cannot guarantee this. The number of items which can be properly and lawfully disputed, as well as how promptly you forward any correspondence from the credit reporting agencies, will affect the amount of time it takes to complete the process. Even though the system of credit repair is not easy or foolproof, bad credit can be restored, and it need not take 7 years.
