c2it.com = cash advance?

    Some people have reported their card issuers registering c2it transactions as cash advances.

    If that has been your experience, please post the name of the card issuer who has done that, so that we'll know who we should avoid using there.

    Citibank cards all register it as a purchase.

    Commerce Bank Visa Gold = cash advance
    CACU (credit union) = " "
    DMB not yet tried
    Citibank Cards= purchases

    I believe Providian counts as a cash advance

    All Citi cards are purchases not cash advances.

    ARGH!!!!!

    Providian counts it as a cash advance. On hold with them now to protest.
