Member FDIC. c2it is a service mark of Citicorp. ***************************************** FSB designation = C2it I knew there was something odd about their address in NY. Any one else get a HARD ONE for C2it????? I thought ID inuiries were supposed to be SOFT~~~~
Yes, C2it added a single hard inquiry to either my EX or EQ report...can't remember which one I saw it on, but I did see it when checking my reports this month.
On the C2it site, I noticed that they now offer a line of credit - perhaps that is the reason for the hard inquiry. They were not offering lines of credit when I signed up, and I did not even get ID check on my reports. I do have a citi card. Was there a disclosure in the terms and conditions before you finished applying for the account?
I don't recall any thing about pulling credit file, & I didn't apply for any LOC, never entered income info. or any thing like that.
