One other point lbrown: As a salesman of this type of home for almost 3 decades, I would expect nothing less than support for your product - although it borders on being product biased. I would no more expect a career salesman of mobile or manunfactured housing to agree with my points, than I would expect a new car salesman to tell me "It's a great value, but you know it depreciates rapidly!"
It would be kinda of stupid of a mobile home salesman to say some thing like that to a customer wouldn't it? Especialy when it's not true!
No you did not directly say it, however in reply to the discussion about Manufactured/mobile homes you said: "This is more missconception than fact. I should know I have built and sold both types of housing since 1972:That's 29 years, have you had this much experence with both site built and factory homes? " "I should know I have built and sold both types of housing since 1972...." As the discussion was about fixer uppers and Manufactured/Mobile homes, asying I have built and sold...leads to the impression you do or did sell them.
