CA added overnight.after BK can the

    We filed our BK on this CA and there is a new account showing up unpaid from Jan. 2002. Can they do this? Our BK7 was discharged Feb. 03.

    IF they can't do this, what is my next step? It dropped my score down 10 pts. and a new collection, we were doing so good. :eek:(
