So, I talk to a CA yesterday about an account I have that is charged off. We come to an agreement, and he needs me to send him an email that authorizes him to send me the satisfaction(settlement) letter. I was unable to send it yet. I made sure he had my cell # and a good email to contact me if needed. Today, he calls my wifes cell(she is not on the account), and leaves a message with the details of our agreement from yesterday. I thought that once they have good contact info for me, they can not call anyone else. Good grief, it's not even 24 hours later, as this was all discussed yesterday late afternoon.

    What exactly is your question?

If you're pleased with the agreement, send the email and get it documented in writing before they change their minds :).

    Joshua,
Yeah, just don't understand why when I gave him my direct contact info, he is still contacting other people?

He should be contacting you directly since he has your contact info., but I don't believe there's anything that prohibits him from discussing the debt with your spouse as well.
