collection agency is pulling all three of my cr's every three months. They say the permissable purpose is to find telephone # cause i dont call em back... Is this legal?
CORRECTION~~they ASSUME you are the correct person that owes them money!!!!!!!!! F.Y.I.~~THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO GET YOUR ATTENTION...they DON'T have to pull "HARD" or "SOFT"...THERE IS NO LAW THAT MAKES THEM DO IT!!!!!!!!!!! All they are doing is "TAINTING" your credit report!!!
