   i just went to worthknowing and i saw that a CA(Progressive Mgt System) collecting for a MCI account had a inquiry on me. Are CA supposed to pull a inquiry on you. If so, is it hard or soft?

   They can, if you owe them money. It can be a hard or soft, generally CA's are mean enough to pull hards.
