   Does a CA have to be bonded in your state to try to COLLECT a debt or just to remove a debt from your CR? I am in collection w/ a company in DC that works for the DC government but I live in Massachusetts. Doubt that they're bonded up here. And should I ask for proof of this in my dispute of debt letter?
