Quick question, I have been recieving these calls from some guy at this Attorney Lawerence Heckner (Heckler) Office. Demanding that I call them back, I have not called them back and do not plan on doing so. I have a feeling they are after an old Charge Off from 1999. It was less than $2K, what is there legal recourse, etc. . . Any advice, should i call them back? thanks
