Same CA that called me yesterday called again today. Different person calling in reference to a different account number. Told her she was violating the FDCP? regulation and she wanted me to talk to her supervisor! ? is do I take their calls and keep raking up violations or just go for the ones the I have on them now? TIA
Have you notified them in writing not to call you? Do you have Certified Mail receipt for that letter? If so, they are racking up violations of FDCPA at $1000 per!
Sent them the #1 validation letter on 8/5/03 got green card back on 8/9/03 called to dispute w/ CRAs on 8/11/03.
Correct me (anyone) if I'm wrong but once you send a validation request, UNTIL they respond they must CEASE ALL collection activity!
