CA called help!!!

    no she is not going to reopen it. she is just going to write to them (CA) to tell them that i filed bk7 and thats that! she says that they will usally leave a person alone after the letter from an attorney. I will get a copy of the letter that she sends to them i'll keep that on file. it all started when i disputed it not being mine. it was charged off in 1998 but before SOL. CA is trying to collect it.

    Cool, that's what I'd be told about this type of situation, too. Also, that's what happened to me 10 years ago.

    well when i adviced the CA on Saturday that i had filed bk, and told me I had 1 hour to contact him back, i never called and he never called. so lets see when he gets the letter what he does.
