Let's say you take a CA or creditor to court for violations of the FDCPA and FCRA and you lose. Will you most likely have to pay their attorney costs and any other fees they incurred because of your lawsuit?
Not likely, with a caveat they don't have a strong case for a cross-claim against you. They can try anything, but if you have a strong case of violations with the documentation to back it up, the CA could'nt claim your lawsuit was frivolous. This is'nt the UK yet, where loser pays.
