I recently sent the CA a DV letter to show me that I owed the amount on my credit report which I don't owe. I sent a second letter 15 days after the original 30 day window still no response. I pull my credit report on the 10 of Jan 09' and that particular collection is still on my CR. What step should I take to get this item removed . Also I have dispute several times with no response but an updated last reported date.
I haven't yet but its on my agenda for this week via CMRR. So after I dispute, it should be removed correct
