Does it matter how collection letters are being dated? This CA states they are open monday-saturday, yet the letter is dated Feb. 3rd (which is a Sunday (?))...The enveloped is postmarked 2/6/02 (Wed).. This may not mean anything, or it may down the line (?) Just wondering!
