I'm not buying it as the CA's way out. I agree with the other posters. Paper trail, paper trail, paper trail. I wouldn't head to court with one violation - odds are they made this very obvious one, they will do something else boneheaded if you give them some time. Couple more violations and this section could be thrown out the window no questions asked. IMVHO.
